What will you do?
As an Agile & IT Coach, you role involves:
- Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, practices, and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges in adopting agile and IT best practices.
- Provide hands-on coaching to help teams overcome obstacles and improve their agile capabilities.
- Work closely with leadership to align agile initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Promote a collaborative and empowered team environment that encourages open communication, transparency, and accountability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in agile methodologies and IT practices to ensure our teams are equipped with the best tools and techniques.
Qualifications we value
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or IT Coach, with a strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and IT best practices.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Passionate about continuous learning and driving organizational change through agile methodologies.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
